LIFE HAPPENS....

     Have you ever found yourself in a downward spiral and feeling there is no end in sight?  Life Happens.     I have been way off track with my nutrition lately.  In the past, I would eat to fill the voids in my life and to cope with stress.  Over the past year I have switched from over eating to NOT eating when "life happens".
     So while I can look at the scale and the numbers don't show it...I am putting back on some of the fat the I worked SO hard to lose.  In the  9 weeks, I have put an 1 1/2 on my waist.  WOW!!!...NOT GOOD!!!.
     It's time to have some accountability.  It time to get headding in the right direction.

     
     My goal is to start today.  I may not be able to control when "life happens", but I can and will get back into control of what I can....my nutrition and my workouts.
     I have done Paleo in the past and it has worked quite well for me.  I am not strict Paleo, I never will be.  But I do like how I felt.
     I was satisfied (not hungry all the time)
     I slept better ( more rested when I woke up)
     I had a ton of energy (no afternoon slumps)
     I was motivated to workout.
     My wod performance was better ( I had more energy and felt stronger)
     My moods were better ( not so up and down)
     I just felt BETTER!!!!

-GO FOOD SHOPPING
-COOK AND PREPARE
-EAT, EAT, EAT

It's time for some new direction.   How are you doing?
